Yes, we can provide free samples to our clients. The only cost you need to cover is the express courier fee.
Our typical lead time is 35-40 days after receipt of the customer’s 30% deposit. However, should you have special urgency, we can coordinate the production schedule based on actual circumstances to accommodate your needs.
We offer a range of trade terms: FOB, CIF, C&F, and DDP. As for payment terms, we accept L/C and T/T, with 30% of the total payment as a deposit and the remaining 70% before shipping.
We always double-check our products for quality assurance before shipping, as we understand international after-sales service can be challenging. However, should you find any defects or inferior quality products upon receipt, please notify us within ten working days and provide images or videos of the product in its original packaging. Once confirmed that it’s our responsibility, we will compensate for your loss.
