What is the average lead time?

Our standard lead time is approximately 35–40 days from receipt of a 30% deposit of the order. However, if you have urgent requirements, we’re happy to adjust the production schedule where possible to meet your timeline. Flexibility and responsiveness are part of our commitment to customer satisfaction

Can you handle large or recurring production runs?

Yes. Our production facilities are fully equipped to manage high-volume and recurring packaging orders with consistent quality, scalability, and dependable supply timelines. We ensure seamless fulfillment to meet your ongoing business needs.

Where do you ship to?

We serve both domestic and international clients, with a reliable logistics network that ensures efficient, on-time delivery across local, regional, and global markets.

Can I request a prototype or sample before full production?

Absolutely. We offer rapid prototyping and sampling services to help you evaluate fit, form, and function before moving into full-scale production. Complimentary product samples are available upon request — we only ask that you cover the delivery costs.

We offer flexible trade terms to suit your shipping preferences:

FOB – Free On Board (Named Port of Shipment)

CIF – Cost, Insurance, and Freight (Named Port of Destination)

C&F(CRF) – Cost and Freight (Named Port of Destination)

DDP – Delivered Duty Paid (Named Destination)

For payment, we accept L/C (Letter of Credit) and T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), with a standard arrangement of 30% deposit upfront and the remaining 70% due prior to shipment.

Our minimum order quantity varies depending on the packaging type, material, and level of customization. For an accurate quote and MOQ tailored to your specific requirements, please contact our team directly.

We offer comprehensive, end-to-end packaging solutions — including custom molding, container design, full-scale manufacturing, and integrated logistics support. Whether you’re looking for standard packaging or fully customized solutions, we’re equipped to meet your needs from concept to delivery.

We utilize a wide range of materials to suit diverse packaging needs, including HDPE, PET, PP, as well as sustainable and recyclable plastics. Material selection is based on your product requirements, functionality, and environmental goals.

We conduct thorough quality inspections prior to shipment, understanding the challenges of international after-sales service. However, if you discover any defects or quality issues upon receipt, please notify us within ten working days and provide supporting images or videos of the products in their original packaging.

Once the issue is verified and confirmed to be our responsibility, we will promptly arrange compensation or a suitable resolution to address the loss.
